Wow, MegaCon has come and gone but it was an amazing time. I debuted my new Halo 3 Cortana costume and it was a huge success. It made me very happy that so many people really seemed to love it.
This time around I made the unitard instead of ordering one, I found the perfect fabric in my store for only $3 a yard. There is also lines of beads going up and down the costume to give the look of her scrolling code. I individually glued on each bead with super glue and although it was tedious I love how it looks. The make up is actually airbrush face paint that was sponged on.
This version was made with the help of some of my closest friends:

Megan traced all the designs onto the suit while I wore it.

omg! so cool! how did u mak the unitard? I want to do a sage (hot wheels battle force 5) cosplay and Io figure out how to make a unitard for it. plz help?
